I would ask you some important questions about the experiences you are currently having, as well as some of your previous life experiences. We would then work collaboratively to land on a treatment plan that makes sense for you, taki

I would ask you some important questions about the experiences you are currently having, as well as some of your previous life experiences. We would then work collaboratively to land on a treatment plan that makes sense for you, taking into consideration things like how your feelings, your different behaviors, your thinking patterns, and how situations or people in your life may play a role in some of the concerns you have. Together, we would establish treatment goals based on your needs, and devise a number of techniques and exercises to help you feel better.

- In the second and subsequent psychotherapy sessions, it will very much look like a conversation between us. However, we will be keeping track of the things that are moving you closer to your goals, or things that are moving you further away from your goals. During the therapy, we will devise techniques that are built to help you feel bet

By the end of treatment, my goal is to support you in accomplishing everything you wanted to accomplish, by coming to psychotherapy sessions. For some, this can be understanding themselves better, whereas for others it may be accomplishing particular mental health goals that you have for yourself.

- Exclusive for adult individuals (18 and older).
- Sessions are 100% electronic, by video chat on a secure video-chat platform.
- By appointment only.

- Currently, I am an in-network provider for most AETNA PPO plans. That means, for a person with an AETNA PPO plan, I would follow all of the rules as per your active AETNA PPO plan (including co-payments, deductibles, and rules for your out-of-pocket expenses as per your AETNA plan).
- If you do not have an AETNA-based PPO plan, I am happy
- Currently, I am an in-network provider for most AETNA PPO plans. That means, for a person with an AETNA PPO plan, I would follow all of the rules as per your active AETNA PPO plan (including co-payments, deductibles, and rules for your out-of-pocket expenses as per your AETNA plan).
- If you do not have an AETNA-based PPO plan, I am happy to work with you as an out-of-network provider. Here, you would pay the private fee for services first, then this office would provide you with a receipt for services. You could then directly submit this receipt to your insurance company, to request direct reimbursements for my out-of-network services (as per your out-of-network benefits of your insurance plan).
- The private fees for services are as follows:
- *Mental Health Assessment, approximately 1 hour - $300.00
- *Psychotherapy Session, approximately 50 minutes - $225.00
- As a point of information, I am not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. So, if you have a Medicare-based or Medicaid-based plan, my office does not accept either of those insurance plans.
